Let’s connect

You’re not alone in your search for meaning, healing, and creative freedom. Whether you’re ready to begin therapy, curious about joining a creative cohort, or exploring ways to bring art and liberation into your community space. I’d love to connect with you.

This page is a space for reaching out, for asking questions, and for imagining what our work together might look like. There’s no need to have the perfect words or plan. Just bring your curiosity, and we’ll start there.

How to Reach Me

Use the form below to contact me directly for consult, intake, questions or professional inquiries. I do my best to respond within 2–3 business days. Please note that I do not offer crisis or emergency services (see below for resources).

Before You Reach Out

Here’s how to know if we might be a good fit:

  • You’re looking for therapy that’s creative, relational, and decolonized—not prescriptive or pathologizing.

  • You identify as queer, trans, neurodivergent, or spiritually complex, and want a therapist who celebrates those identities.

  • You’re ready to explore your story through art, conversation, and imagination, not just analysis.

  • You’re open to examining how systems—religious, cultural, familial—shape your inner world.

  • You want to feel seen, safe, and inspired, not just “treated.”

If this resonates, I invite you to reach out using the form above.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Once I receive your message, I’ll reply with answers to your questions and/or the following:

  • A few availability options for a free 15-minute consultation (if applicable).

  • Details about rates, session format, and next steps.

  • After our call, if it’s a good fit, you’ll receive a short intake questionnaire.

Our initial conversation is a chance to explore whether we’re a good fit, no pressure, no commitment. If it’s not the right match, I’m happy to help you find someone who might be.

Every piece of art begins with a first mark. Every conversation begins with a first word. This could be yours.
